The Lockhart TSCM Kit is an innovative Technical Surveillance Countermeasures TSCM Kit. The kit uses state-of-the-art technology for improved TSCM sweep effectiveness and accuracy. The Lockhart TSCM Kit includes capabilities for radio frequency (RF), infrastructure wiring, optical emissions and LED light scanning of surface area(s). The kit gives the technical operator(s) a means of clearing offices, meeting rooms, safe houses, board rooms, etc. between professional TSCM sweeps. Separate TSCM testers allow multiple team member(s) to perform separate analyses simultaneously, for even quicker TSCM sweep completion, as needed.

Lockhart TSM Kit Detectors
RF is a broadband signal detector which displays results in both amplitude and time domains. This methodology offers an entirely new method of detection and analysis of RF signals. Based around a state-of-the-art logarithmic amplifier, it is especially useful for detecting and identifying pulsed signals.
Internal analysis software identifies Time Domain Multiple Access signals in real time. Therein, GSM transmissions, very commonly used for cheap, quick plant eavesdropping devices, are quickly identified and located by the technical TSCM operator. Bluetooth and DECT transmissions are also detected.
The RF detector is included in the Lockhart TSCM Kit, and is also sold separately.
Conducted detects high frequency signals on infrastructure wiring. It provides an easy to use capability for scanning mains and data cabling to identify unwanted or hostile signals by the TSCM technical operator.
It comprises a broadband detector with a frequency response exceeding well beyond 10MHz. This enables the Lockhart Conducted to detect signals which cannot be detected with broadband field-strength meters.
Conducted displays its output both in time and frequency domain, using a split screen. With a DSP-based Fast Fourier Transform Spectrum Analyzer, it has a dynamic range of 80dB and sees clearly even the smallest carrier signals. The time domain display clearly shows the pulsed signals.

The Lockhart Optical detects optical emissions which may contain intelligence. Based around state-of-the-art indium, gallium, arsenide & silicon sensors, the Optical detector captures emissions up to 1.7μm – well above the capability of silicon sensors alone.
Optical also detects visible light and near-IR signals using conventional silicon sensors, therein giving coverage of all likely emitting sources. Signals are displayed in a unique rolling time-domain format coupled with a spectrum analyzer. A clear indication of any modulation content of the signals is clearly provided.
The Lockhart Optical is equipped with an audio output to give the technical TSCM operator audible warning of signals and signal strength.
